The exercises which follow below are offered as a service to you to help you get started. Of course, we hope you also decide to complete the Personality Profile and consult further with us, but these exercises are a beginning to help you clarify things.
Complete THOUGHT EXERCISE # 1 on your own now. You can use it to clarify things for yourself, and, when you take the Personality Test we can use it to help you get the most from your personality assessment results. The things you decide on should be as specific as possible. Of course, they can include values but if you can give examples you will be in a better position to recognize those things when you see them.
While you can also give THOUGHT EXERCISE #2 a try based on what you think you already know about yourself, it uses information that ideally comes from your personality assessment results and consultation and without valid information to use, your action plan will be that much less valid as well.

Begin by determining your answers to the things listed below. For the best results you will need to complete our personality assessment and have a consultation with one of our behavioral scientists who are experts at examining profiles to see what
really makes you tick. Then you can work on implementing an action plan.
Using what I think I already know about my Personality what are My Top Strengths and My Top Weaknesses? (Again, these are identified and discussed after taking the FoolForYou Personality Assessment.)

(Ideally, this information is best derived from a valid and reliable assessment and consultation and not just from friends or others who may or may not be able to tell the difference between behavior they see and underlying motivations which promote those behaviors and come from a totally different place.)
